📦 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition (no makeup stains, odors, or signs of wear)

• In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

• Approved via email (info@frangipanipalm.com) or our return portal before shipping anything back

⏳ Time Limits

• Items must be postmarked within 7 days of your exchange approval.

• If your return isn’t received within that time frame, the exchange will be canceled.

💸 Exchange Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our end.

• If exchanging for a different item, you’ll be sent an invoice to cover the new shipping label.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Items worn “just for a day/party/photo shoot”

• Custom, limited-edition, or sale items (unless otherwise stated)

• Any item returned without prior approval
