📦 Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition (no makeup stains, odors, or signs of wear)

In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Approved via email (info@frangipanipalm.com) or our return portal before shipping anything back

Items must be postmarked within 7 days of your return/exchange approval.

If your return isn't postmarked in time, the request will be canceled and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
💸 Exchange Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our end.
- If exchanging for a different item, you'll be sent an invoice to cover the new shipping label.
- Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- If the returned item arrives used or outside the approved return window, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
