International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Frangipani Palm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@frangipanipalm.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition (no makeup stains, odors, or signs of wear)

  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Approved via email (info@frangipanipalm.com) or our return portal before shipping anything back

⏳ Time Limits

  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of your return/exchange approval.

  • If your return isn't postmarked in time, the request will be canceled and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

💸 Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our end.

  • If exchanging for a different item, you'll be sent an invoice to cover the new shipping label.

  • If the returned item arrives used or outside the approved return window, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Items worn “just for a day/party/photo shoot”

  • Custom, limited-edition, or final sale items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Any item returned without prior approval or past the return window
